A few years ago I went to San Xavier del Bac Mission located a few miles south of Tucson, AZ. The Mission was built in 1783 and it’s a mix of different styles of architecture. I’ve always passed by it, but I never checked it out. After taking a self guided tour of the site I decided to buy a memento before I left. I bought a small buffalo fetish carved from stone. The tag that came attached to the fetish said that the buffalo represents one’s strength and endurance to overcome one’s weakness.
I am the buffalo…you are the buffalo.
